Our functional strength training programming gets you moving better with purpose! These circuits focus on major functional movements: hip hinges, squats, lunges, pushes and pulls. These workouts follow a slower tempo format so our trainers can cue and critique your form giving you that one-on-one personal training experience in a small group session leaving you feeling the strongest version of yourself!

REV HIIT HIRT:

Our signature High intensity interval training and high intensity resistance training programs are formatted to burn MAX calories and increase your endurance! Expect a full body workout using light to medium weights. Get ready to push yourself against yourself!

REV FULL FIT:

Train like the athlete within with this combo strength and conditioning class designed to increase mobility, endurance, strength and power! Strength intervals focus on big movements like RDLs, squats, TRX Rows etc., while cardio circuits include explosive movements like bag slams, battling bands ropes, kettlebell movements and more! Cardio intervals will come from our signature SkiErgs, Assault Bikes, Spin Bikes and Water Rowers!
