  • What should I expect for my first visit?

    For your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a tour of the studio, have you fill out a waiver, and answer any questions. Please bring a second pair of shoes to change into as we do not allow outside shoes to be worn on our main floor in an effort to keep the facility clean!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for ALL classes, sauna, cold plunge and personal training sessions. You may cancel your bookings directly via the MindBody app unless it is for personal training. Failure to cancel within the 24 hours will result in a late cancel/no show fee. 

  • How do I book an appointment?

  • How do I prepare for my sauna visit?

    Before and after your sauna session be sure to hydrate! Upon arrival, we will have a staff member take you through all you need to know. We provide robes and towels, including a cold cloth to help you cool down afterwards. We reccomend wearing loose fitting clothing to make it easier to get dressed after your Vive.

  • What are the membership options?

    We offer multiple membership options for classes and treatments. Please see our pricing page and/or our packages for more info. 

  • What should I know before my cold plunge appointment?

    When you come in to plunge with us we ask that you be free of cosmetics, hair products, dirt, etc. We recommend bringing a bathing suit, compression shorts, or any other clothing you might wear into water. We do have bags to put your wet items into if you forget one!  We'd suggest wearing loose fitting clothing so it is easier to get dressed and warmed up after your plunge!
